01 / Problem
HR leave processing in enterprise environments often relies on fragmented Excel spreadsheets, manual data entry across internal portals, and disconnected approval workflows, leading to delays and data duplication.
02 / Approach
Built a modern React 19 web application backed by Supabase (PostgreSQL) for real-time leave management, paired with a UiPath RPA automation bot using REFramework that ingests bulk Excel leave requests, performs duplicate validation, and syncs updates to the web portal with automated email notifications.
03 / Architecture
React 19 frontend with Shadcn UI components connected to Supabase for real-time state and authentication. UiPath REFramework bot handles batch Excel processing, error screenshot captures, automated report generation, and automated email dispatches upon processing completion.
04 / Outcome
Delivered a fully working HR automation suite built for DHL's Digital Automation Challenge 2.0, streamlining employee leave submission, administrative bulk approvals, and automated spreadsheet ingestion.
