Bridging applications, automation, and AI

I'm a software engineer from Malaysia who likes systems more than snippets. The interesting part of any feature is how it survives contact with production.

At DHL Global Finance Services I worked across the full stack of enterprise systems including React, Node/Express, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Automate, alongside earlier full-stack work at TimeTec Cloud. In parallel, I've been building conversational AI: Voxia, my Rasa-powered travel assistant, grew out of that curiosity.

The throughline: applications, automation, and AI are one discipline, not three careers. I build the connective tissue between them.
